| dc.description.abstract | The recent application of next-generation sequencing technologies lead to significant improvements in our understanding of genetic underpinnings of non-Hodgkin lymphomas with identification of an unexpectedly high number of novel mutation targets across the different B-cell lymphoma entities. These recently discovered molecular lesions are expected to have a major impact on development of novel biomarkers and targeted therapies as well as patient stratification based on the underlying genetic profile. This review will cover the major discoveries in B-cell lymphomas using next-generation sequencing technologies over the last few years, highlighting alterations associated with relapse and progression of these diseases. | |
